Logistics Operations Specialist (SAP) – Pune

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end logistics processes for our Pune operations. The role focuses on shipment coordination, transportation management and delivery tracking while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment planning, execution and tracking across domestic routes.
• Manage transportation schedules, carrier selection and route optimisation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support order fulfilment activities.
• Maintain accurate logistics data in SAP and generate operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery issues promptly.

Required profile

• 2 – 5 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of transportation management, shipment coordination and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a flexible or rotational shift pattern.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
