Logistics Operations Associate

About the role

The Logistics Operations Associate role involves managing and executing inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across various types of warehouses owned or operated by Maersk, including CFS, CY, inland depots and bonded facilities. The position is part of the Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution stream, supporting Maersk’s global supply chain by ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This entry‑level role is designed for individuals who can follow routines, learn quickly on the job, and contribute to the efficient handling of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities.
• Support inventory planning and execution in diverse warehouse environments.
• Perform skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks to assist the logistics team.
• Follow established procedures for handling bonded warehouses and inland depots.

Required profile

• Little or no prior work experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Works under close supervision and follows well‑defined processes and instructions.
• Able to acquire new knowledge through short explanations and simple instructions.
• Capable of performing highly specific tasks of limited scope and responsibility.
