About the role

Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Manager to lead warehouse operations in New Delhi. The role focuses on inventory management, dispatch coordination, and quality control to ensure smooth supply‑chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods and meet delivery expectations.
• Implement and monitor quality‑control measures for products and processes.
• Analyze logistics processes, propose improvements and reduce costs.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping delays or quality issues.
• Prepare detailed operational reports for management.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to high quality and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with logistics software.
