Logistics Executive / Senior Executive (3-5 yrs exp)

About the role

Miko, an advanced consumer robotics innovation lab based in Mumbai, is looking for a Logistics Executive or Senior Executive to manage international factory dispatches. The role involves coordinating exports and imports across the USA, India, UK, China and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute logistics for all factory shipments, handling exports and imports to/from the USA, India, UK and China.
• Select and manage logistics service providers (LSPs), reviewing performance against agreed service levels.
• Negotiate freight rates with forwarding companies to achieve cost‑effective shipping.
• Prepare and verify pre‑ and post‑shipment documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate container and stuffing plans at the origin, ensuring timely delivery according to schedule.
• Maintain MIS reports, support finance with documentary compliance for forex payments, and handle vendor invoice processing.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, export/import operations or supply chain management.
• Hands‑on experience with international shipments to the USA, UK, India and China.
• Familiarity with export/import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Ability to work closely with finance, freight forwarders and warehouse teams.
