About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the placement and movement of commercial trucks to meet client and company requirements. This role involves negotiating freight rates, maintaining a network of truck owners and transport brokers, and ensuring timely deliveries across the Mumbai‑Bhiwandi region.

Key responsibilities

• Place commercial trucks for goods movement according to client specifications.
• Negotiate freight rates with truck owners to secure cost‑effective pricing.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with truck owners, transporters, and brokers.
• Track truck movements, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of truck routes, freight charges, and market trends.
• Handle pressure situations and meet placement deadlines consistently.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of truck routes, freight charges, and logistics market dynamics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
