Logistics Coordinator (Bangalore)

About the role

Material Depot is seeking a fast‑moving, highly proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day vehicle movement and ensure successful deliveries across its rapidly expanding home‑decor supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and book 20–25 vehicles daily based on delivery requirements.
• Manage driver communication from booking through pickup, transit, and successful delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are positioned on time and drivers have all required information.
• Track live deliveries, proactively follow up on delays, cancellations, and exceptions.
• Arrange replacement vehicles quickly in case of driver or vehicle failure.
• Collaborate with warehouses, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle tracking records.
• Take full ownership of delivery issues until resolution.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented individual capable of handling high‑volume vehicle coordination.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with drivers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor live delivery data and act swiftly on any disruptions.
• Ownership mindset to resolve delivery issues from start to finish.
