Logistic & Stock Management Executive

About the role

The Logistic & Stock Management Executive will own and manage end‑to‑end domestic transportation operations across all Indian states and union territories. You will build and expand a robust network of transport partners, ensure cost‑effective load planning, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic transportation operations PAN India, covering surface, air, and rail freight.
• Build, maintain, and expand a network of truck operators, LTL/FTL service providers, and logistics aggregators.
• Negotiate freight rates, SLAs, and long‑term contracts with freight partners.
• Plan daily/weekly dispatch schedules and optimise load planning to reduce freight cost per unit.
• Identify coverage gaps in Tier‑2/3 cities and onboard new logistics partners.
• Drive digital adoption among partners – GPS tracking, POD uploads, e‑documentation.
• Develop contingency transport plans for peak seasons, strikes, or disruptions.
• Liaise with 3PL aggregators (e.g., Delhivery, Rivigo, GATI, TCI, BlueDart) for express and bulk freight.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical audits, and ERP reconciliation.
• Coordinate packaging, dispatch, and post‑shipment communication with transporters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on domestic logistics & transportation experience.
• Proven PAN‑India transporter network covering at least 20+ states.
• Deep knowledge of surface freight, LTL, FTL and multimodal logistics.
• Experience with e‑Way Bill generation and GST documentation.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
