Location Manager – Retail Secured (Raipur)

About the role

The Location Manager – Retail Secured will lead sales and business growth for a designated city/branch in Raipur. Working closely with the Territory Head (Sales), the role focuses on achieving targets while adhering to sales processes, risk guidelines, and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute area sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to ensure portfolio health and compliance with the approval matrix.
• Identify and address under‑performance, drive process improvements, and capitalize on channel optimisation opportunities.
• Provide hands‑on support for complex cases, intervene when exceptions arise, and remove bottlenecks affecting sales performance.
• Promote cross‑selling of ABFL and ABFSG products in line with regional plans and client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and delivering business growth in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management, operational processes, and sales governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders to achieve portfolio health.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to address performance gaps and optimise channels.
