LLM Model Developer

About the role

The LLM Model Developer will fine‑tune large language models to improve their relevance and performance for specific domains and instruction sets. Working from our Pune office, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adapt models, evaluate outputs, and ensure they meet production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fine‑tune and adapt LLMs using instruction fine‑tuning and domain‑specific data.
• Analyze model outputs, experiment with different tuning techniques, and iterate continuously.
• Integrate fine‑tuned models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Document methodologies, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with large language models.
• Strong background in natural language processing and machine‑learning model development.
• Ability to work independently, become a subject‑matter expert, and collaborate effectively.
• Full‑time education of at least 15 years.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in natural language processing techniques and model fine‑tuning strategies.
• Knowledge of machine‑learning frameworks and tools for training language models.
• Ability to preprocess and curate domain‑specific datasets.
