Live Operations Analyst (Strong SQL & ETL)

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a Live Operations Analyst to join its production‑operations team. The analyst will monitor and troubleshoot Tier 1‑2 data workflows, provide overnight delivery coverage, and follow documented runbooks and escalation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled production workflows, file movements, processing status and operational alerts.
• Perform first‑pass diagnosis of failed or delayed workflows, including submissions analysis and member‑management troubleshooting.
• Execute approved reruns, reprocesses, recoveries and validation procedures, and document outcomes.
• Operate and monitor Flatfile and MuleSoft production integrations, handling ingestion status, validation outcomes and recovery steps.
• Support secure file transfer, S3/sFTP delivery, folder configuration and access provisioning.
• Create accurate tickets, follow severity and escalation protocols, and contribute to post‑incident documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in production support, data operations or a comparable technical environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Flatfile and MuleSoft monitoring, ingestion, and recovery processes.
• Working knowledge of AWS/S3, secure file transfer (sFTP) and cloud‑based file‑processing workflows.
• Basic‑to‑intermediate SQL skills for read‑only investigation and validation.
• Ability to work an offshore overnight schedule with overlap to the on‑shore Live Operations team.
