About the role
Cornerstone Law is seeking a motivated lawyer to join its Chennai office, handling both litigation and transactional matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on banking, company and employment law issues while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases and transactional projects for corporate clients.
- Provide legal advice on banking, company and employment law matters.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.
Required profile
- Graduate of a reputed law school.
- 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Exposure to banking practice, company law and employment law.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Confident, professional and solution‑oriented.
