Litigation Advocate – South Mumbai (Full-Time)

About the role

We are a Delhi‑based litigation law firm expanding its client base in Mumbai and seeking a dedicated Litigation Advocate to join our team on an exclusive full‑time basis. The successful candidate will represent the firm’s clients before courts and tribunals across South Mumbai, handling a variety of civil and commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end litigation matters before courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, written statements, appeals and other legal documents.
• Appear in court, file documents and ensure procedural compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and the Delhi office to provide updates and strategy.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong litigation experience with regular courtroom exposure.
• Sound knowledge of civil, commercial, consumer disputes, cheque bounce matters (Section 138 NI Act), money recovery, execution proceedings, injunctions and interim reliefs.
• Excellent drafting, legal research and case‑management abilities.
• Ability to appear independently before courts and manage client communications.
• High professional ethics and long‑term commitment to litigation practice.
