Litigation Advocate – South Mumbai (Full-Time)

About the role

We are a Delhi‑based litigation‑focused law firm expanding its presence in Mumbai. We seek an experienced Litigation Advocate to join us on an exclusive full‑time basis, handling civil, commercial and consumer matters across Mumbai courts and tribunals.

Key responsibilities

• Independently represent clients before courts and tribunals throughout Mumbai.
• Draft pleadings, statements, applications, legal notices, appeals, affidavits and petitions.
• Manage court filings, procedural compliance, hearing schedules and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with clients, court officials and the Delhi office to ensure seamless case execution.
• Oversee matters from inception to final disposal, ensuring timely progress and strategic case management.

Required profile

• Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of civil, commercial, consumer disputes, cheque bounce matters (Section 138), money recovery suits, execution proceedings and injunction applications.
• Ability to work independently, handle filings and manage case timelines.
• Excellent communication, client handling and coordination skills.
• High professional ethics, integrity and commitment to litigation practice.
