About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Advocate with 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience to join our legal team on a full‑time, exclusive basis. The role involves managing civil, commercial, consumer, and arbitration matters while developing effective litigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil, commercial, consumer, and arbitration cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Present arguments and represent clients in court hearings.
• Develop and execute result‑oriented litigation strategies independently.
• Ensure compliance with procedural rules and court deadlines.

Required profile

• LL.B. and LL.M. from a reputed Tier‑1 law college or university.
• 3‑4 years of professional experience with substantial courtroom exposure.
• Strong understanding of procedural and substantive aspects of litigation.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
