Liquidity Test Manager (Financial Services)

About the role

Capco is seeking a Test Manager focused on Liquidity testing within financial services. The role will own manual UAT, ensuring data integrity across UI, databases, interfaces and downstream reporting, and will transition UAT tracking from Excel to Jira.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven manual UAT, validating end‑to‑end processing and producing audit‑ready evidence.
• Perform SQL‑based testing and reconciliation across multiple systems, confirming completeness and accuracy of critical attributes such as loan terms and collateral parameters.
• Prepare UAT summary reports, highlight risks, and provide release readiness recommendations.
• Lead migration of test artefacts from Excel to Jira, defining templates, workflows and traceability.
• Manage defect triage, distinguishing issues related to data quality, mapping, calculations, timing or UI.
• Respond to ad‑hoc stakeholder requests with data‑backed analysis and conduct root‑cause and gap analyses.

Required profile

• Understanding of Liquidity metrics and reporting concepts, including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR).
• Knowledge of RRP, Funding in Resolution and collateral management is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for data reconciliation and validation.
• Experience with Jira for test management.
• Proficiency in Qlik Sense or Tableau for reporting.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with Big Query and SharePoint.
