About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven LinkedIn & Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our digital presence in the IT services sector. You will work closely with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to generate qualified B2B leads and strengthen employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn and broader digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate B2B leads.
• Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and other social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Create compelling content such as posts, blogs, case studies, employee spotlights, and recruitment campaigns.
• Plan, launch, and optimise organic and paid campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Support employer branding by promoting company culture and career opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align lead‑generation and hiring initiatives.
• Maintain website content and apply basic SEO best practices.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and produce actionable reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, LinkedIn best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in digital or social media marketing within an IT services or technology company.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
