Line Producer – Social Media Content

About the role

MYOP, India’s first perfume bar, creates content that stops scrolling. As a Line Producer you will own the production engine for its social‑media videos, ensuring every shoot is delivered on budget and on time each month.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly production calendar from brief to final delivery.
• Build, track and reconcile a monthly shoot budget of approximately ₹3 Lakh.
• Schedule shoot days, create call sheets and coordinate logistics – crew, talent, gear, locations.
• Source, contract and manage a network of freelancers (DPs, editors, makeup artists, stylists).
• Negotiate vendor rates, rentals and location fees to keep costs lean.
• Arrange travel and on‑site logistics for out‑station shoots across India.
• Liaise between the creative/brand team and production crew, translating ideas into feasible plans.
• Oversee post‑production handoff, brief editors, track delivery timelines and ensure correct format outputs (Reels, Shorts, static assets).
• Troubleshoot day‑of issues such as cancellations, no‑shows or equipment failures.
• Maintain shoot logs, expense reports and vendor records each month.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing social‑media or digital video content in a fast‑paced environment.
• Managed budgets up to ₹5 Lakh and stretched them effectively.
• Existing network of reliable freelance crew and vendors that can be mobilised quickly.
• Successfully coordinated shoots in multiple Indian cities without compromising quality.
• Calm under pressure, proactive problem‑solver and clear communicator.
• Willingness to say “not feasible” and propose better alternatives.
