Lifestyle Manager / Personal Concierge for Private Residence

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a private 3 BHK residence in Noida. The role combines household management, personal assistance, and occasional travel accompaniment for an elderly resident.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise household staff including driver, cook, and housekeeping personnel.
• Coordinate appointments such as medical visits, salon services, pet grooming, and veterinary care.
• Accompany the resident on local travel within NCR for errands, social engagements, and medical appointments.
• Manage procurement of groceries, medicines, pet supplies, and other essentials.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, vendor interactions, deliveries, and bill payments.
• Maintain a well‑organized, clean, and secure living environment while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Lifestyle Manager, Residence Manager, Household Manager, Personal Assistant, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Comfortable around pets, with dog‑handling experience considered a plus.
• Patient, dependable, discreet, and service‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
