Legal Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Operations Executive specialized in mediation to join our tech platform in Mumbai. You will become the internal go‑to expert on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), helping shape our mediation services and ensuring high‑quality case handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep subject‑matter expertise in ADR and ODR and act as the internal reference point for mediation matters.
• Monitor and interpret evolving mediation regulations and best practices, turning them into actionable internal guidelines.
• Design, lead, and deliver end‑to‑end mediation and ODR initiatives, defining success metrics, timelines, and impact.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of mediation cases on the platform, ensuring compliance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for mediators and parties, resolving complex cases and maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to co‑create mediation strategies, institutional programs, and long‑term roadmaps.
• Manage feedback loops, analyze trends, and drive platform, policy, and process improvements with product and operations teams.
• Build and scale strategic relationships with mediators, courts, and ecosystem partners to expand the mediation footprint.
• Define empanelment standards, oversee mediator onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing engagement.
• Represent the company as a spokesperson in mediation forums, policy dialogues, and industry events.

Required profile

• LLB graduate with up to 1 year of legal experience; fresher candidates are also considered.
• Exposure to arbitration, mediation, ADR or ODR is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
