ICSI Trainee – 21‑Month Programme (20 Positions)

About the role

CMNITY HIRE is seeking 20 motivated candidates for a 21‑month ICSI trainee programme in New Delhi. The role offers hands‑on exposure to company secretarial functions, corporate compliance and legal documentation, supporting both small and listed entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file forms, returns and documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
• Maintain statutory registers and draft agendas, notices and minutes for Board meetings and AGMs.
• Assist in drafting resolutions, agreements and other legal documents.
• Track compliance deadlines and manage compliance calendars.
• Support internal audit and due‑diligence activities, staying updated on corporate law amendments.

Required profile

• CS Executive passed with 30 EDP completed, not scheduled for the June 26 exam.
• Freshers only – no prior training from other organisations or PCS.
• Strong interest in company secretarial, legal and compliance functions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MCA filing procedures.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and corporate governance.
• Basic drafting skills for resolutions and agreements.
