Legal Consultant – Night Shift (Bangalore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Law graduate to join our legal team on a night shift in Bangalore. The position involves handling U.S. legal matters, supporting litigation, and collaborating with experienced attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other databases.
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, interrogatories, discovery requests, memoranda, and briefs.
• Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and precedents to support litigation.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal analysis.
• Communicate case updates and information requests to clients and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
