King Stubb & Kasiva is a corporate law firm in India that has established teams in every practice area to ensure its services meet the highest standards. The firm is expanding its Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance practice in New Delhi and is seeking legal professionals to work on diverse real estate and infrastructure matters. If you are looking to build your career with a dynamic, full‑service law firm, this role offers the opportunity to engage in complex transactions and advisory work.
Key responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions and conduct title due diligence.
- Manage infrastructure financing projects and ensure RERA compliance.
- Draft legal documents and provide advisory services for civil litigation matters.
Required profile
- B.A. LL.B degree.
- Associate: 0–1 year post‑qualification experience; Senior Associate: 2–4 years PQE.
