About the role
We are looking for a motivated and diligent Legal Associate – Litigation to join our dynamic legal team.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before Courts and Tribunals.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Assist in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and Company Law.
- Manage litigation documentation and case files.
- Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials.
Required profile
- Advocate with a minimum of 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Mandatory registration with the Bar Council.
- Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
Required skills
- Strong drafting and legal research capabilities.
- Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
