Legal Associate – Full-time (1-3 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves supporting senior attorneys in case preparation, client interaction, and legal research, offering a solid foundation for a career in law.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to support case preparation and advisory work.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to organize evidence, exhibits, and case materials for trial.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and address inquiries.
• Assist in developing legal strategies by analyzing and interpreting laws and precedents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings under supervision, presenting arguments and examining witnesses.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1‑3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
