Legal Analyst (Freshers)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh‑graduate Legal Analysts to join our Hyderabad team. This client‑facing legal consulting role involves assisting individuals with financial and legal challenges while coordinating with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders and other financial institutions to resolve disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new clients by understanding their legal and financial concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention.
• Analyse loan agreements, notices, recovery communications and credit reports.
• Assist in dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation and settlement discussions.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders and recovery agencies on behalf of clients.
• Draft legal notices, representations, settlement proposals and other correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on banking laws, consumer protection, debt recovery and RBI regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and case documentation in the company’s CRM.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and meet timelines.
• Achieve client acquisition and retention targets while adhering to ethical legal practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch with LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B. or B.Com LL.B. degrees.
• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and financial institutions via calls, emails and meetings.
• Willingness to learn client acquisition, negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Based in Hyderabad or ready to relocate immediately.
