Learning Lead Analyst

About the role

The Learning Lead Analyst (LA) partners with the Head of Learning and regional stakeholders across APAC and MEA to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs. This senior position manages the full lifecycle of multiple training initiatives, ensuring they meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training for employees and managers on diverse subjects.
• Support execution of training plans, strategies, and tactics.
• Collaborate with Learning Leads to conduct regional Training Needs Identification (TNI) and develop an annual learning plan.
• Create training content and materials for classroom, virtual, and e‑learning formats.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs, workshops, and other learning interventions.
• Assess development plan success and guide employees toward optimal learning opportunities.
• Develop training satisfaction surveys and generate reports for leadership.
• Work with the Enterprise Learning team to maintain and execute programs.
• Identify process‑improvement and automation opportunities while ensuring program quality.
• Maintain training data and documentation in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 7+ years of classroom and virtual facilitation experience.
• Experience in business, interpersonal, and leadership development topics.
• Accreditation in psychometric tools (e.g., Insights Discovery) and certifications such as Certified Instructional Designer, Train‑the‑Trainer (CIPD, ATD, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Proficiency in measuring program effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
