Learning & Development Trainer (Delhi)

About the role

The Learning & Development Trainer will join the North region learning team in Delhi, overseeing L&D activities for UFF sites, third‑party hubs, and dark stores. You will identify knowledge gaps, deliver training, and drive performance improvements across mapped locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and fill knowledge gaps to support business goals.
• Recommend and implement training interventions for hubs and dark stores.
• Track site performance and schedule proactive training sessions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for assigned sites.
• Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM via ITL or digital platforms.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting in Excel.
• Ensure timely completion of digital new‑hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to conduct site health checks and address gaps.
• Identify, certify, and develop learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects to boost business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics.
• Facilitate Zoom and classroom sessions for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations and training sessions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
