Learning & Development Trainer – AI Services

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver training programs that boost employee capabilities within our Artificial Intelligence services division. The role involves creating engaging content, conducting inductions, and supporting continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct induction, process and refresher training for new and existing staff.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals and learning modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Business teams to align training with business objectives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing performance support to employees.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports and documentation.
• Lead knowledge‑management initiatives and drive continuous improvement of training processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in process training, employee development or performance coaching.
• Experience in IT/ITES, AI/ML, BPO or technology‑driven environments is preferred.
• Prior exposure to Quality, Process Excellence or Learning & Development is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
