About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a global information services leader. This remote contract position supports upskilling of a distributed workforce over a 12‑month period.

Key responsibilities

Design and create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
Conduct training needs assessments and recommend solutions.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions across multiple departments.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
Partner with leadership to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

Proven experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.

What we offer

Contract rate of $40‑$75 per hour.
Remote work from anywhere.
