Learning & Development Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training solutions for a global information services leader. This remote, contract position focuses on upskilling a distributed workforce and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to ensure learning programs support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles (preferred).
