Learning & Development Manager – Mumbai

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead skill‑building initiatives for Sales, Production and Logistics teams in our Mumbai office. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that enhance performance and client interaction across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute orientation and onboarding programs for Sales, Production and Logistics teams.
• Provide on‑the‑job consulting to address performance challenges.
• Observe client interactions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess training needs for individuals and teams and develop targeted curricula.
• Organise role‑playing activities and simulations to handle difficult client scenarios.
• Apply diverse training techniques such as gamification, case studies and group activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of training materials and curriculum.
• Implement a continuous learning system using available platforms to share content and measure ROI.
• Develop or procure content modules for functional areas beyond front‑end sales, including production, logistics, marketing and technology.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within sales, production or logistics environments.
• Strong ability to analyse performance gaps and design effective training solutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with training design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with gamification, case‑study development and role‑play facilitation.
• Ability to manage training documentation and reporting.
