Learning & Development Manager – Behavioral Training (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a Behavioural Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that strengthen behavioural competencies across our retail stores and corporate teams. The role will translate business needs into engaging learning experiences that drive performance, engagement and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver behavioural training programmes for store managers, stylists and corporate staff using workshops, role‑plays, simulations and e‑learning.
• Support organisational initiatives such as capability building, succession planning and leadership development by identifying skill gaps and creating career frameworks.
• Mentor and coach managers and front‑line staff, implement feedback loops and track performance improvements.
• Maintain a training calendar, dashboards and reporting tools to monitor completion, impact and ROI, and recommend enhancements to learning methodologies and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, behavioural training or organisational development, preferably in retail or customer‑centric environments.
• Strong expertise in behavioural training, soft‑skill development and organisational development.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure training effectiveness using metrics such as NPS, performance scores and engagement surveys.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
