Learning & Development Intern

About the role

AML RightSource supports banks and other institutions in combating financial crime, with teams in Managed Services, Financial Crime Advisory and Technical Expertise. This internship supports its Learning & Development (L&D) team in delivering programs and initiatives that improve employee engagement, professional development and organisational culture. The intern helps manage administrative tasks, coordinate training sessions and support projects that improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organising and scheduling training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Support the L&D team in managing onboarding and transition activities for employees in the Ready for Allocation (RFA) team.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback using HRIS and other systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.
• Help create and update learning materials and resources.
• Collaborate with other people operations teams to ensure development programs run smoothly.

Required profile

• Postgraduate student with a degree in HR or a related field.
• Graduate in English Honours is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (C1 level).
• Open to working night shifts to support teams in the AMER and EMEA regions.

Required skills

• Comfortable using MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with operational tools is a plus.
