Learning & Development Executive

About the role

Accor is seeking a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Executive to join the Fairmont Jaipur team. In this position you will be responsible for building the capabilities of staff across all hotel departments, ensuring service excellence and brand standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs, workshops and e‑learning initiatives for all hotel areas.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new hires, facilitating smooth integration.
• Track and document employee performance reviews in partnership with department heads.
• Support managers in implementing development plans and coaching sessions.
• Organise and facilitate internal and external training sessions covering soft, technical and leadership skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance outcomes.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports and learning metrics.
• Prepare monthly training and development reports for hotel and regional requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections and brand compliance, and contribute to HR and People & Culture initiatives.
