Learning Designer (2-year Contract)

About the role

The Learning Designer will create engaging digital learning solutions for Aumovio’s diverse functional areas. This 2‑year contract position focuses on applying instructional design theory and adult learning principles to produce high‑impact e‑learning modules, manuals, and multimedia content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop medium to high‑complexity digital learning assets, including e‑learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia content.
• Apply instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and best practices to ensure effectiveness.
• Create concepts, storyboards, and interactive elements using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Stay current with emerging instructional technologies and propose improvements.
• Test solutions, organize Level 1 and Level 2 reviews, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and industry guidelines.
• Plan work, report status to the Project Manager, and follow Agile project‑management practices.
• Provide technical support and share know‑how on authoring tools and multimedia software.

Required profile

• Academic degree in instructional design, educational technology, adult learning, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in instructional design and digital learning development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and Agile methodology.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Techsmith Camtasia.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for multimedia creation.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and multimedia software.
