Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager will join Harness’s Talent Experience, Development and Impact team in Bangalore. Reporting to the VP of Talent Experience, you will partner with business leaders to design, deliver and measure learning programs that enable over 500 employees across India to stay competitive and future‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP, People Business Partners and other stakeholders to identify learning needs, design and deliver global and India‑specific programs.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate workshops, asynchronous modules and leadership development initiatives, both virtual and in‑person.
• Own the LMS (LinkedIn Learning) end‑to‑end, including backend administration, content curation, troubleshooting and reporting, and drive adoption and completion rates.
• Collect and analyse post‑course data, present impact metrics to leadership and continuously improve curricula based on feedback.
• Support career development planning and act as the go‑to resource for employees and managers on learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent development, training or learning & development, with a track record of managing multiple large‑scale initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience administering an LMS; experience with LinkedIn Learning is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation abilities and solid grounding in adult‑learning principles.

Required skills

• LMS administration (LinkedIn Learning preferred).
• Instructional design and curriculum development.
• Data analysis and reporting to translate learning metrics into business insights.
• Use of e‑learning tools and platforms.
