Leadership Trainer & Executive Coach (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach to work on a freelance basis with CXO Academy. The role involves mentoring CEOs, CXOs, founders and senior executives, helping them enhance their leadership capabilities and drive organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive leadership development programs, workshops, bootcamps and masterclasses.
• Conduct leadership assessments and provide one‑on‑one executive coaching sessions.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership workshops for senior teams.
• Mentor senior leadership teams and emerging high‑potential leaders.
• Develop customized leadership frameworks, learning pathways and succession plans.
• Support organisational change initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Measure programme effectiveness and report on business impact.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in leadership, executive management, consulting or coaching.
• Proven track record of coaching CEOs, CXOs, board members and business owners.
• Deep expertise in leadership development, organisational transformation and business strategy.
• Experience delivering executive workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses and coaching programmes.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, mentoring and stakeholder‑management skills.
