Lead Welding Trainer – Stainless Steel Fabrication

About the role

The Lead Trainer will deliver the Jindal Stainless Fabricator Training Programme, a 4‑hour blended module that upskills fabricators in stainless‑steel applications and TIG welding. The role involves classroom instruction and hands‑on sessions across multiple sites in Maharashtra.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for experienced fabricators.
• Deliver training on stainless steel applications, TIG welding, fabrication techniques, tools and safety practices.
• Assess trainees’ learning, provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to training objectives.
• Travel to various training locations across Maharashtra as required.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of the programme.
• Prepare and maintain training reports, attendance records and assessment documentation.

Required profile

• Engineer or Diploma in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgy.
• 4‑5 years of experience as a trainer in welding, fabrication, or sheet‑metal work with stainless steel, or ORITI‑certified professional with a minimum of 10 years in the relevant domain.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and assessment abilities.
