About the role
The Lead Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire employee transport operation, ensuring reliable and safe movement of staff to and from work sites. This senior role coordinates schedules, driver performance, and vendor relationships to maintain efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage employee transport schedules, guaranteeing timely pickups and drop‑offs.
- Monitor and supervise drivers and transport staff performance.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle maintenance and service agreements.
- Identify and implement cost‑effective measures within transport operations.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve transport‑related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on transport operations, expenses, and incidents.
Required profile
- Proven experience in employee transportation management.
