Lead Trainer – Process Training

About the role
We are looking for a Lead Trainer to design and deliver process‑focused training on DV360 and Google Ads. The role combines curriculum development, hands‑on troubleshooting exercises, and classroom or virtual instruction to support new hires and existing staff.
Key responsibilities
- Create realistic troubleshooting scenarios and hands‑on labs covering DV360 setup, campaign management, audience targeting and reporting.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions for onboarding, upskilling and ongoing training on DV360 and Google Ads troubleshooting.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for DV360, keeping up‑to‑date with product features, policy changes and common technical issues.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in digital advertising or technical support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with DV360 (Display & Video 360).
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform.
