Lead Technology Analyst – MDM Platforms

About the role

As a Lead Technology Analyst focusing on Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, you will drive the design and implementation of data governance, quality, and integration solutions across SAP, cloud and downstream enterprise systems. You will work with global 3M teams to shape future‑state architectures and support modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement master data models, governance standards, data quality frameworks, and integration patterns across SAP, cloud platforms, and downstream systems.
• Define future‑state solution architectures, migration approaches, and technical strategies through engineering leadership, proofs of concept, and pilot programs.
• Support cross‑functional business and technical teams in harmonising master data processes, resolving complex integration and data issues, and driving modernization.
• Oversee deliverables from external support partners to ensure architectural alignment, technical quality, governance compliance, and execution against defined standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start).
• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 6 years in master data management, SAP solution architecture, enterprise data platforms, or systems integration.
• Proven experience designing or implementing MDM solutions and data‑governance frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns across SAP, cloud, and downstream platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery, solution design, or engineering initiatives.
