Lead Specialist – Survey Administration

About the role
We are looking for a Lead Specialist in Survey Administration to join our Client Engagement Team at Mercer, a Marsh business. Based in the Global Capability Centre in Gurgaon, this hybrid role requires you to work on‑site at least three days a week. You will support consulting teams by handling client‑facing activities that free consultants to focus on business development.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and consulting teams.
- Explain survey methodology, assist with contract creation, and support client onboarding.
- Manage client renewals, prepare quotations, and propose relevant products.
- Address client queries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in client support, consulting, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a client‑centric mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
