Lead Software Engineer (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to own the development of scalable B2B learning platforms used by thousands of learners and enterprises. The role combines product ownership, hands‑on coding, and mentorship of a small engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end web and mobile applications for B2B SaaS products.
• Take ownership of complex product features and technical initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Business teams to create customer‑focused solutions.
• Define and influence technical architecture, scalability and performance decisions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing and best‑practice enforcement.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, reliability and continuous delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience building end‑to‑end web products.
• Proven track record delivering scalable B2B SaaS applications.
• Experience leading features or products and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• System design, architecture, scalability and performance optimization.
• Mobile application development (preferred).
