Lead Recruiter – Senior Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for campus hiring, walk‑in drives, and in‑house recruitment. The role demands strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to coordinate multiple hiring streams simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage campus recruitment drives and maintain relationships with colleges and placement cells.
• Organise walk‑in interview events, promote them through appropriate channels, and oversee candidate registration, screening, and interview flow.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for in‑house positions using job portals, social media, referrals and databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, track feedback, and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and ATS records for all hiring activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with campus hiring or volume hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up, and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and target‑driven work ethic.
