About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to own and drive the development of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. This remote, product‑focused role blends hands‑on engineering with technical leadership and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and best‑practice guidelines to ensure scalable, reliable, high‑performance solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and third‑party services into mobile apps.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests, monitor live performance, and continuously optimise code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive, platform‑compliant experiences.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven track record of leading mobile teams and delivering production‑grade apps.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to mentor and guide developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
