Lead - Marketing

About the role

As a Lead in the Brand Marketing team of Swiggy's Food Revenue & Growth division, you will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that directly drive business growth. You will collaborate across brand, performance, media, creative, product, and revenue teams to deliver full‑funnel initiatives from strategy through optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels.
• Support go‑to‑market planning and campaign launches for key business initiatives.
• Work with creative agencies, media partners and cross‑functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Manage timelines, budgets and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, extract insights and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer internet, e‑commerce, FMCG, agency or startup environments.
• Based in Bangalore.
• Proven experience running integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and influencer marketing.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
