Lead Generation Specialist - B2B IT Services

About the role

ScaleupAlly is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist in Noida to identify and qualify potential clients in international markets for its B2B IT services. The role covers outbound outreach, appointment setting and reporting, with monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in international markets to sell B2B IT services.
• Execute targeted outreach by cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn navigators and outreach.
• Schedule appointments for qualified leads with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Report lead generation performance and optimise strategies for better conversion.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
• Work on monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services (software development and data analytics).
• Proven ability to generate and qualify international leads (US, EU, etc.).
• Experience scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho.
