Lead Enterprise Architect – Salesforce Revenue Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect specialized in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to join Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services in Pune. The role will own end‑to‑end technical delivery of Revenue Cloud solutions for the Legal & Regulatory division across several European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) solutions aligned with business and platform goals.
• Translate business requirements into reusable Lead‑to‑Revenue processes, including product configuration, pricing, subscriptions and contract lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and SAP/ERP systems.
• Provide technical leadership to the Pune development team and collaborate with EU‑based architects, product owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global Salesforce standards, governance and best practices.
• Support ongoing operations, issue resolution and continuous improvement of RCA capabilities.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs and integration diagrams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ and revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience working in global delivery models, especially EU‑India collaboration.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Architect) are preferred.
