Lead Enterprise Architect (Salesforce Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect who can act as both Solution and Technical Architect. The role involves partnering with business units to design, architect, and oversee scalable Salesforce implementations as part of our Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define Salesforce‑driven solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end, secure, and scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with enterprise governance.
• Lead technical delivery for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud and related products.
• Architect custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs and external system integrations.
• Provide mentorship, conduct architecture and code reviews, and ensure best‑practice delivery.
• Maintain a roadmap for platform usage, incorporate new releases, and align Salesforce strategy with overall IT direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience in both Solution Architect and Technical Architect roles on Salesforce projects.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud and the AppExchange ecosystem.
• Hands‑on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, integration design, migration, performance tuning and security models.
