Lead Enterprise Architect (Salesforce Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce. The role bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring Salesforce drives transformation and efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the architectural design and technical delivery for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for developers and administrators.
• Conduct architecture and internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Maintain a roadmap for platform usage, incorporating new features and releases.
• Deliver workshops, demos and presentations for both business and technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Information Systems or related field.
• 12‑16 years of total experience, including 8+ years focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience in both Solution Architect and Technical Architect roles on Salesforce projects.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, AppExchange)
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and Flows
• Data modeling, integration design, data migration, performance tuning
• Enterprise IT architecture and governance frameworks
